Jo Kaseter, local craft artist started in 1998 selling her uniquely designed hand-crocheted hats at craft fairs, bazaars and farmers markets. 11 years after that, Me and Mom's hats was established at Pike Place Market in Seattle Washington as her first permanent store front. Now she has expanded to Cannery Row in Monterey, as Jo's first boutique in California with the help of friends and family.
